Chrysalid: Musicians for Katrina Relief CD is a project organized by coalition of international musicians using their art to raise funds in support of the victims of hurricane Katrina.

Soniccat (Bruce Rainier) has been playing guitar for the past 23 years but has had an interest in both music and art since a teenager during the 1960's. His main influences being psychedelic and progressive rock, world music, art rock, and avant guard and experimental electronic music.
Soniccat has released two CDs. One on Blue Water Records called Forming under the name Sonic and one on JungleJar Records called What If under the name N.B.Rainier.
"She Walks the Clouds at Dawn" was written as an homage to one of his influences, Robert Fripp and his sounscape recordings. annode (Barry Steinhart) contributed some parts to the track.
