Freeztar

Keith Clemmons, aka "Freeztar," is an independent recording artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Keith's main instrument is guitar but he also plays many other instruments, both organic and synthetic. He began playing the guitar at the age of 15 and traversed through styles such as rock, blues, jazz, electronica, and ambient; however, his main influence, Brasilian music, is echoed in many of his songs. Keith's musical philosophy involves acceptance of all forms of music and testing his boundaries within different styles. A diverse and fusion-istic repertoire can be expected from Freeztar.

The song, "Atlantis", is a tribute to the musical roots of New Orleans in memory of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The song conveys a subtle sadness and also an overwhelming feeling of hope and happiness. Special thanks go to Alex James for providing all of the horn parts and the street and bar ambiences. Another large thanks goes to Justin Owen-Head, co-collaborator on the composition.
